Alright so hey guys (: We're burning october, Our band consists of drums, guitars,and vocals. We're actually a new band, starting about a couple months ago and we mainly stick to rock like bands like: pierce the viel, a day to remember, black veil brides, woe is me. All those bands you'd all see at warped tour. Sadly we've been working on so much music of our own to start with to have a good show and all that we haven't really been able to upload any videos or pictures. Just imagine the guitarist with long hair, dark eyes, and that guitarist look you all see, thats john. then the lead singer, which would be me is Aly. ill try to post up new things about us immediatly. Some of our songs are; "new beginnings, breathing out loud, fading away, forgotton, remembered from a distance, etc..." We do covers from any band you'd like us to do, we have great vocals, yes we're obviously a local band and we do perform a lot at school events, for our friends, and pretty much anything. We're pretty big on just rocking out and having fun. We do have talent, so we're not just here to mess up events and shows, trust me.

I'm Carlos Hernandez, I've been a musician for about 10 years now. I first got into music when I was getting into middle school, which is when my father and mother bought me my very first drum set. As years went by I bought a bass guitar, then an electric guitar, then an acoustic guitar. I learned every basic instrument and other instruments such as the bongos, congas and so on. I started taking vocal lessons in my school's choir for about 3 years which gave me an opportunity to improve on vocals and sing for artists such as "Pitbull". After that I began recording some songs testing out different genres. I'm now in the process of recording a full album.

NOFX/Anti-Flag Tour: Back home & Future Plans

Unfortunately, our string of tour dates with NOFX/Anti-Flag/Old Man Markley are now over. As I have no shame speaking for all of us, it was the most amazing time any of us had ever had. And to have shared it between NOFX, Anti-Flag, & Old Man Markley was unforgettable! These guys (and gals) really made us feel a part of the Fat Wreck family. You know, getting to bond on the road doing what you love to do alongside the bands you grew up on and gave you your identity is a mind blowing. You can’t put a price tag on that. It was an honor to tour with such an epic group of musicians. Believe it or not, sometimes I feel like people look at me and think, “Jesus Christ, he is still playing in a punk band? That was so high school… When is he going to grow up and get a real job?” You know what, I’m proud to say I’m a musician; that I have a burning desire to do what makes me happy regardless of money or social status. After this, I’ll never end up dropping my head again over people’s petty remarks. As for that, the chapter closes and a new one begins. It’s now time to look towards the future. We’ve got our eyes set on a brand new website, some kick ass interviews in line on separate occasions with DJ Monsta and our friend Nick in NY, some great shows before the end of the year that you don’t want to miss, and the works of the release of a new record. Somewhere in all of that, we'll have to make some time to tour back to your lovely town. Vinyl Soup is the premiere Progressive-Jam band from Nashville, Tennessee. Their sound falls somewhere between 70’s British, Progressive Rock, Folk Rock, and the American Jam band sound of the 90’s to the present day. Their ethos includes an eclectic blend of influences ranging from Rock, Blues, Folk, and Jazz, to Caribbean and World sounds. Unlike many of the musically disposable jam bands on the current scene, there is a strong emphasis on deeply empathetic and memorable compositions with an occasional knowing wink to the listener, lest things get too serious. As Lexington, Kentucky Newspaper North of Center points out in an article regarding a Vinyl Soup performance in October 2010, this is a songwriter’s Jam band. Fans of Vinyl Soup’s concert performances also cite the band's fearless extended improvisations and free-wheeling musicianship as unique strengths of their live shows.

2011: Round One Update

Wow. Greetings everyone. Ive sort of forgot how to write one of these as it has been a while since I was obligated to do such a task. Did you catch all that? Well, at least I havent lost my pitiable humor right? Anyway, it seems that the past year & a half has tested our dedication to this band far beyond what we had ever imagined (and planned to experience). Fans, friends, and family know that undedicated members and countless line-up changes have really plagued our ability to stay active and continue to perform. Well, I am here to tell you that all of that bummer talk is over. BREAK ON THROUGH IS ALIVE. On that note, I would like to introduce you to our new members: Daniel-Lead Guitar Seth-Drums Some of you may be asking yourself, what happened to John? John is still a close friend of the band, and we wish him the best of luck with his future ventures, but the fact is that John just was not cut out for this band and did not see eye to eye with our goals and objectives. He eventually quit on a good note. Since the ring in of the 2011 New Year, we have been skipping church like badasses and meeting up for rehearsals instead; learning our set, tightening up on our weak areas, and refurbishing some classic BOT tunes. It has been nothing short of a fun and productive process. In a few weeks we will be launching brand new band photos for all of you guys to see as well as the second round of mouth watering news so stay tuned; you dont want to miss it! THIS IS OUR FULL BIO.... FOR NOW... Coming from South Florida, local bands find it hard to get recognition in the industry. Whether it be lack of a solid music scene in their area or the difficulty in finding talented and dedicated band members. Betwen Us All has taken steps in eliminating these obstacles by putting together the right combination of musicians and performing in as many shows as possible to build a solid foundation. Now they are ready to take their music to the next level and let the world know who they are! In the Treasure Coast area of South Florida the opportunity for bands and artists to succeed is almost non-existant. There is not the proper venues to draw a large crowd and for that, there is not a very high demand. The local radio stations just don't play the right music and seem less than interested in supporting their local talent. Bands must take on the responsibilty of promoting themselves and putting events together. They rely on their best friends and family to fill the room. Between Us All, comprised of members of countless bands playing together and separate have worked very hard in keeping the music scene alive for the past 10 years. Now with the right lineup of musicians, these guys are ready to get serious! Putting five individuals together with different ideals and musical backgrounds and them having them agree on eveything is hard to do. The end result doesn't always meet everyones expectations. Between Us All as a band agrees that they finally have the members they need to get the job done. The idea of putting this band together was inspired by guitarist Foster, former member of bands such as Ill Remembered, DV8, 27 Stitches, and most recent, Vigilance, which included BUA members Jay and Remy. Sharing a practice warehouse with former members of Tripwyre, Phil and Brett, both bands seemed to be going through a period of non-productiveness. Since these guys had played shows together and been friends since highschool, they decided to put together exactly what was lacking in each band. The first rehearsal sealed the deal. "Why did we wait so long?", drummer Brett quotes. Now it's time for this band to make up for lost time. Being together since just mid 2009, the band is already turning the heads of fans of the previous acts. The realization that the perfect band has now been molded inspired the title to Between Us All's self-produced forthcoming release, Destroy/Rebuild. The music included on this record seemed to just flow naturally from the band. This is the music that describes who they are. Fighting to deliver their message of independent thought, self-empowerment, the truth of our origin and the value of resilience. With their high energy stage performance and earth-shaking delivery of music that could wake the dead, Between Us All is sure to blow minds. Its been some time since we last updated on here :) Last show was good but should have been better :/ sorry to the fans who showed up, we had some issues with our transportation, and we only got to play one song, but not to worry we will make it up to all of the fans who came to see us! :P Right now we are all really busy with school and work, but not too busy! We will be booking more shows as soon as we finish working on a Little something something for the fans ;) (hint hint) For now, just sit back and relax for great epicness is a coming!

A New Era of Terra -- We Are Back!

I know we have not said anything since last year, so here it is: We did have big plans for 2010, but we hit another ditch in the road and have been down and out since January. We ran into drummer problems and had to take a small (but what seemed like forever) hiatus until we found the right person for the job. Needless to say, in such a bone dry area that south Florida is for a real good drummer, we were lucky to find Dan, our current, and hope to be, long lasting member behind the drum set. With no need to talk about the past as it doesnt matter anymore, we are in the process of making a new run at this in what Id like to call --A New Era of Terra.-- Along with the introduction of Dan, Ive been itching to announce that our brand new photos are up now on our Facebook and Myspace pages and a comeback show is set for Friday September 10th, 2010 at Rocketown in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. You can find the flier attached with all the details here and don’t forget to check out those photos huh? Leave some feedback!
